Pette’s Closet was created after my late son Petter. He was born on July 10, 2019, at 1:35 a.m. He came into this world so beautiful yet so silent. I was 37 weeks (Full Term) when I went into labor. When I got to the hospital, I heard his heartbeat but by the time I got to the labor and delivery side, his heartbeat was no longer there. I had a placenta abruption which was the cause of the loss. The pain never goes away we just learn to deal with it. As I take one day at a time I’ve learned to turn my pain into something so amazing that I can’t wait to share it with the world.
I am part of the Pregnancy & infant loss community and with your help, I will be able to give back to our community. I plan to help give my community a voice Pette’s Closet is the first step to that voice the funds that I receive from this clothing line will help me launch Angel Mommy which is a nonprofit for mothers like me I plan to create care packages and provide multiple resources for new mommies joining our community not just in my hometown but all over the world I am 1 in 4.
